I noticed increase of accounts these days which was suppose to be a good news but i found out that most of the accounts have same IP... SOOOO i decided to limit account creation

MINIMUM ACCOUNT : 1
MAXIMUM ACCOUNT : 3

i HOPE you guys can follow the rules to avoid being deleted
