About Ranking Groups and profile

okay guys i noticed many changes in ranking groups and profile these days as for now i have a new rules for admin... sad to say this but. ALL ADMIN CAN NOT CHANGE OTHER PEOPLE'S RANKING AND PROFILE WITHOUT MY NOTICE/INFORMING ME and about group, you can add people into your group BUT DO NOT CHANGE OTHER MEMBERS GROUPS!!!! From today onwards I WILL BE IN CHARGED OF RANKING...
